A leader feels threatened—
So they downplay others to look stronger.

Or they take credit for work they didn’t do.
It never ends well.

People notice.
Teams lose trust.

And eventually… that leader ends up isolated.

Strong leaders elevate others. Period.
They light up the room by sparking more candles.
