You Are Replaceable

A friendly reminder to all the workaholics out there (myself included):

You are 100% replaceable at work.
No matter your title.

Someone else can do your job.

But at home?
You’re not replaceable.

Not as a partner. Not as a parent.
Not as a daughter, son, friend, or human.

Here are 5 tips to stay productive — without forgetting the people who truly care about you:

1) Time-block family and rest the same way you block meetings.
If it’s not scheduled — it usually doesn’t happen.

2) Say “no” more often.
Protect your evenings, weekends, and mental space.

3) Put your phone away during dinner.
Even 30 minutes of undistracted time can build deep connection.

4) Don’t wait for a vacation to rest.
Small breaks during the day help more than you think.

5) Ask yourself weekly: “Did I show up for the people I love?”
If the answer is no — adjust.

You can be the most driven CEO, founder, or team lead —
but if you’re always “too busy” for the people who love you…

What are you really building?

Success means nothing if you lose yourself or your people along the way.
Make space for what truly matters.

Let’s build with intention:
in business AND in life.
