The One Degree Shift

Came across this idea while reading Atomic Habits.

It reminded me that life rarely changes because of big moments.

It changes because of the tiny defaults we stop noticing.

What we do first thing in the morning.
What we reach for when we’re bored.
Who we stop replying to when life gets busy.

None of these feel important in the moment.

But over time, they quietly reroute our life.

I’m trying to pay more attention to mine.

What are some tiny defaults that are slowly drifting you off course?
